SHIFT project’s Kick-Off Meeting was held in the STMicroelectronics’ centre in Paris on the 27th of February 2023.
The meeting was attended by all partners. Representatives from STMicroelectronics, Centre national de la recherche scientifique, Université Côte d'Azur, UMS - United Monolithic Semiconductors, Universität des Saarlandes, SIAE Microelettronica, Sapienza Università di Roma, Università di Pavia, Politecnico di Milano, University of Rome Tor Vergata, imec, Safran, Université de Limoges, Bordeaux INP, ASYGN, CEA-Leti, TeraGlobus, MC2 Technologies, Université Grenoble Alpes, III-V Lab, Nokia Bell Labs, Institut Mines-Télécom, Junia_ingénieurs, Seamless Waves, University of Montpellier, Università degli Studi dell'Aquila, Università della Calabria, AT&S, CircularTree, ETH Zürich, ACP Advanced Circuit Pursuit AG, and S2P- Smart Plastic Products contributed to the content of the meeting. Work Package leaders presented the plans for implementing high-impact and ambitious goals. The introduction speech was given by SHIFT Coordinator Pierre-Jerome Goirand, followed by a welcoming speech by KDT JU Project Officer Dr. Georgi Kuzmanov.
Following the meeting, the SHIFT team is eager to work together for the delivery of sustainable technologies enabling future telecom applications.
