The SHIFT project is excited to share a new demonstrator video from its partner Université Grenoble Alpes, highlighting their state-of-the-art 2 and 4-port DC-220 GHz S-parameters facilities.
The video presents UGA’s VNA S-parameters measurement system, which operates across a broad frequency range from DC to 220 GHz in a 4-port configuration. As part of the Chip JU co-funded SHIFT project, the demonstration includes a 2-port DC-220 GHz measurement on the BOIGU tape-out, showcasing the system’s precision and capabilities.
This development marks another step forward in high-frequency measurement technology, supporting advancements in next-generation semiconductor research.
