SHIFT at BCICTS 2023

SHIFT partner ST presented the project during the 2023 IEEE BiCMOS and Compound Semiconductor Integrated Circuits and Technology Symposium in October 2023 Monterey, CA, USA. SHIFT was presented with a publication titled “Low-Noise Si/SiGe HBT for LEO Satellite User Terminals in Ku-Ka Bands”.


The IEEE BiCMOS and Compound Semiconductor Integrated Circuits and Technology Symposium (BCICTS) technical sub-committees are organized to reflect the rapidly evolving developments in bipolar, BiCMOS and compound semiconductor circuits and devices. Submissions were encouraged in all areas of advanced circuits, devices and modeling, with particular emphasis on:


• Bipolar/BiCMOS devices, circuits and technologies

• 5G ICs, GaN HPAs/LNAs, InP THz PAs

• GaN HEMT and other wide bandgap power devices
